Photography Services
The Office of External Affairs has resumed institutional photography services for 2026 and beyond. Efforts will be made to support as many project requests as possible; however, some may not be accommodated in-house. In such cases, a freelance photographer may be recommended, with costs covered by the requesting department.
Approved projects completed by the External Affairs team will be provided at no cost to departments.
Weekly headshot sessions for individuals are held at the A-162 Photography Studio. Sessions take 15 minutes and will be captured on WCM’s brand-standard light gray background.
*If you are looking to book multiple headshots for a group (e.g. incoming students, residents) please fill out the photography project request form below.
- Priority will be given to clinical faculty, as photos are required for their online patient care profile.
- WCM employees and students with a business need may also schedule appointments at this time.
- To ensure fair access, please do not book multiple time slots or reserve a slot before confirming your availability, as this may limit access for those with urgent needs.
- Be sure to cancel your booking if you are unable to attend.
- Photos will be delivered to the subject photographed.

Photography Studio Location: 1300 York Ave., Room A-162.
Directions: Enter through the main entrance at 1300 York Avenue and proceed straight down the hallway. Turn left, then take the first right toward the hospital. Continue to the end of the hallway, the door to Room A-162 will be on your left. Go up the stairs to reach the studio.
Departments seeking photography coverage for events or other needs should submit a Photography Project Request Form.
Request Guidelines:
- Requests are reviewed promptly but should be submitted at least two weeks in advance to allow for planning, coordination, and logistics.
- A team member(s) from the requesting unit should be available both before and on the day of the shoot, as needed, to discuss project goals and support logistics planning and on-site management.
Photo Delivery
- Please allow 1 week for processing and delivery of your images, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon in advance.
- Assets will be delivered via a download link that will expire, please download them promptly.
