
Lucille M. Ferraro
Lucille Ferraro is the Assistant Vice Provost for Development for Weill Cornell Medicine and has more than 25 years of development experience working with wide-ranging non-profit organizations. She has been with Weill Cornell since 2005.
Lucille co-leads the Office of External Affairs, which comprises the development, communications, and public affairs programs of Weill Cornell Medicine. She is primarily responsible for all aspects of fundraising, development and alumni affairs, as well as composition and engagement of the Board of Fellows of Weill Cornell Medicine. In her 18 years with the institution, Lucille has helped to raise over $3 billion to support medical education, research and clinical care.
Prior to working at Weill Cornell Medicine, Lucille was a Corporate Vice President for CCS Fund Raising, an international fundraising consulting company. While at CCS, Lucille worked for approximately 20 non-profit clients ranging from religious organizations to international advocacy groups, to education and healthcare institutions.
Lucille earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from St. John’s University and resides on Long Island, New York with her husband and children.
